Island Wick candles are shipped through Canada Post expedited parcel. We offer free shipping on all orders over $99 and a flat rate fee of $10 for orders below. Once your order is received, it will ship within 3 - 5 days unless you are notified otherwise.

We currently do not ship internationally.

We know you will love your candle.

Island Wick does not accept returns or exchanges on our candles unless they have been damaged due to shipping. In the unfortunate event that your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or credit.
